
There’s a “day” to commemorate almost everything, from Left Handers Day to Talk Like a Pirate Day (coming up later this week). But did you know that today, Sept. 17, is National Voter Registration Day? It’s the perfect time to register or to check your registration status.
With the election just a few weeks away, it’s important to make sure you’re ready to do your civic duty. As a colleague recently said in a family group chat, “Not everyone in the world gets the privilege of choosing their leaders and representatives.”
