How’s 2024 treating you so far? Our year is starting off right, thanks to these new members of the Flipboard Creator Collective. A quick refresher: We partner with original content creators through our creator programs to offer a broader range of featuring, tools and monetization opportunities via Flipboard. We add new creators to the platform almost every week and love discovering gems like these:

Backyard Garden Lover: Florin and Adriana Copaceanu have been gardening for over 30 years — and are still learning new tricks. Based in Virginia, Florin is also a real estate broker, and Adriana has written two books: one about growing lavender for fun and for profit and the other about raising chickens. The couple has parlayed all their knowledge and continued learnings into a place for both avid gardeners and beginners.

Broke Bank Vegan: Justine Drosdovech and Mitch Chapman, freelance food writers and the founders of Broke Bank Vegan, share quick, easy, and affordable plant-based recipes and cooking tips. Their mission is to deliver recipes that are so simple and affordable, they’ll earn a regular spot in your meal rotation. BBV has been featured in publications and websites like Peta, The Beet, One Green Planet, and more.

CA Girl Travels: Jessica Sisak of CA Girl Travels is on a mission to help entrepreneurs make money online and travel the world while doing it. She’s traveled all over the world, but her forte is the Golden State —  in and around Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. Jessica told us she’s really vibing with Flipboard: “I love magazine-style content and totally get it. Growing up, I was a total introvert and would spend hours in my room looking at Vogue, Martha Stewart and InStyle.” (Us toot!)

Financially Well Off: Chris Alarcon is a personal finance, travel, and self-improvement writer who’s navigated debt. His blog, Financially Well Off, offers tips on building wealth, travel, and unleashing your true potential. He’s also conducted many podcast interviews with successful entrepreneurs who’ve carved their own paths, including Kristen Butler, the CEO of Power of Positivity

The Detour Effect: New to Flipboard, Claire Ramsdell is a full-time solo nomadic traveler and remote worker. “I travel because I don’t want to get stuck in any one version of myself, but the places and people I find sometimes resonate with me so much that I don’t want to leave. I prefer to travel slow with no set agenda, so I can get ‘stuck’ on purpose,” she says. The Detour Effect is a “hitchhiker’s guide to getting stranded — literally and figuratively.” Claire’s voice is unique and will 100% tempt you with the freedom inherent in her lifestyle.
